Ingredients

  • 1 package Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on the package.
  2. Add chopped green peppers, sour cream, Miracle Whip, sliced radishes, diced tomatoes, and diced cucumbers to the cooked macaroni.
  3. Gently toss all ingredients to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill the salad before serving.
