Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix the shredded Swiss cheese and flour together.
  2. Layer the thawed and drained chopped broccoli, cubed cooked ham, chopped onions, and cheese mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  3. Repeat the layers as needed.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the pie shell.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 40 minutes or until the filling is set and golden brown.
