Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soft margarine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chunk ham

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine parsley, chopped onion, prepared mustard, margarine, and lemon juice; blend well.
  3. Add shredded Swiss cheese, cooked broccoli, and chunked ham; mix lightly and set aside.
  4. On a greased cookie sheet, arrange crescent roll triangles with points toward the outside, forming a circle with bases overlapping.
  5. Ensure the center of the circle is about 3 inches in diameter.
  6. Spoon the cheese and vegetable mixture evenly over the base circle.
  7. Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck under the bases to secure.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
