Instructions
- Saute diced onion, sliced green pepper, and sliced mushrooms in butter for about 15 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add paprika until the mixture is deep red.
- Lay chicken pieces on top of the sauce and cover the pan.
- Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour on medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the pan and stir sour cream into the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve with rice.
