Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) crescent rolls
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1/2 head lettuce
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Brown the ground beef, drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning mix and water; cook until well combined.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and set aside.
  4. Arrange crescent rolls in a ring around a large round baking stone, with pointed ends facing right and overlapping.
  5. Place the meat mixture in the center of the crescent roll ring.
  6. Take the end of each crescent roll and wrap around the other end to complete the circle.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green bell pepper, lettuce, small onion, salsa, and sour cream before serving.
