Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/4 c. salsa
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions
