Ingredients

  • 1/2 head chopped lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1/2 c. black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. crushed Fritos
  • 1/2 c. mashed ripe avocado
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the last 9 ingredients in blender for dressing.
  2. Let chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
  3. Toss salad with dressing just before serving.
