Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can corn
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can water
  • 1/4 lb. cooked noodles
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet; add chopped onion, chopped green pepper, tomato paste, and water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Add cooked noodles and 2/3 of the grated cheddar cheese to the beef mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
