Ingredients

  • 10 oz. egg noodles
  • 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can corn, drained (or can use frozen)
  • 1 can chopped olives (or cut up whole ones)
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • grated cheese for top (cheddar or cheddar and Velveeta)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in a large pot according to package directions. Brown hamburger and onions.
  2. When noodles are done, drain them. To the noodles add all the other ingredients except the cheese. Mix thoroughly and place in a 9 X 13
  3. or other casserole pan.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
