Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 3 to 4 slices bread, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 c. French dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° to 500°.
  2. Mix ground chuck, chopped bread, and eggs in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients (ketchup, barbecue sauce, French dressing, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, salt, pepper) in a separate bowl and season to taste.
  4. Set half of the sauce mixture aside for topping or serving.
  5. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 60 minutes, basting with the reserved sauce as desired.
