Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 1/4 cup diced pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup liquid eggs
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/4 cup catsup

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with hands.
  2. Put the mixture into a loaf pan sprayed with low-calorie spray, pressing into corners and along sides.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  4. Let the loaf stand for 15 minutes before slicing.
