Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 2 green peppers, sliced
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. cooked tomatoes
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Saute peppers and onions until tender.
  3. Add beef and cook until pink is gone, stirring to crumble meat.
  4. Add tomatoes, rice, and seasonings.
  5. Arrange in greased baking dish.
  6. Top with bread crumbs.
  7. Bake until brown at 350°.
