- Sieve 2 cups of strawberries, reserving pulp and juice.
- Mix flour and sugar; add to sieved strawberries and cook for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the baked pie shell.
- Line the inside of the pie shell with remaining whole strawberries.
