- Cook beef and chopped onions in a small amount of fat until browned.
- Cook slowly until done, then drain excess fat.
- Add salt, pepper, Tabasco, vinegar, sugar, canned pork and beans, ketchup, and chopped bell pepper to the beef mixture.
- Mix well and transfer to a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
