The Ultimate Cookies
Ingredients
- 5 cups oatmeal (regular not instant) ⓘ
- 2 cups butter ⓘ
- 2 cups brown sugar ⓘ
- 2 cups white sugar ⓘ
- 4 eggs ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons vanilla ⓘ
- 4 cups flour ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons baking soda ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons baking powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped nuts (your choice of nuts) ⓘ
- 1 cup raisins ⓘ
- 1 cup craisins ⓘ
- 1 cup toffee pieces ⓘ
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375.
- Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder like flour.
- Cream the butter and both sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, craisins, and toffee chips.
- Roll into walnut size balls, and place two inches apart on a cookie Sheet.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
