Ingredients

  • 5 cups oatmeal (regular not instant)
  • 2 cups butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (your choice of nuts)
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 cup toffee pieces

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375.
  2. Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder like flour.
  3. Cream the butter and both sugars.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Add chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, craisins, and toffee chips.
  6. Roll into walnut size balls, and place two inches apart on a cookie Sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
