Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 small package miniature marshmallows
  • 2 eggs
  • cocoa

Instructions

  1. Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs; beat well.
  2. Sift flour and cocoa and add to the mixture.
  3. Add vanilla and coconut.
  4. Mix these ingredients together and pour into a greased and floured pan.
  5. Bake at 300° for 40 to 45 minutes.
