Creamy three cheese lasagna rolls filled with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan, baked in flavorful spaghetti sauce—perfect for comfort food lovers and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 6 wide lasagna noodles
  • 15 or 16 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. In boiling, salted water, cook lasagna noodles as directed.
  2. Drain and cool.
  3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, thoroughly mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Cut each cooked lasagna noodle in half crosswise.
  5. Evenly spread 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture on each noodle half.
  6. Roll up each noodle in jelly roll fashion.
  7. Spread 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  8. Arrange the rolled lasagna in the pan over the sauce.
  9. Top with the remaining sauce.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
