Three Cheese Lasagna Rolls

- In boiling, salted water, cook lasagna noodles as directed.
- Drain and cool.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, thoroughly mix ricotta cheese, egg, salt, oregano, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cut each cooked lasagna noodle in half crosswise.
- Evenly spread 1/4 cup of the cheese mixture on each noodle half.
- Roll up each noodle in jelly roll fashion.
- Spread 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Arrange the rolled lasagna in the pan over the sauce.
- Top with the remaining sauce.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
