Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans shrimp
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 carrots
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 3/4 cup dressing

Instructions

  1. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the lettuce with chopped cucumber, chopped onion, chopped carrots, sliced tomato, diced celery, chopped boiled eggs, and drained shrimp.
  3. Toss the salad with dressing just before serving.
  4. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top before serving.
