Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 finely minced clove of garlic
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 thick tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onions, and minced garlic in a frypan.
  2. Remove excess grease from the pan.
  3. Add tomato sauce, salt, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef mixture.
  4. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve topped with tomato slices.
