Ingredients

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 4 small radishes
  • 1 (6 oz.) package frozen Alaskan King or snow crabmeat, thawed and drained
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. grated onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 4 tsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Tear the white bread into pieces and place in a blender container.
  2. Cover the blender and blend on low to form coarse crumbs.
  3. Place the bread crumbs in a medium bowl and set aside.
  4. Slice 2 radishes into 8 thin slices for garnish and reserve.
  5. In the same blender, place remaining radishes, crabmeat, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover and blend on medium until the mixture is well combined.
  7. Mix the blended mixture with the bread crumbs in the bowl.
