Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. veal
  • 1/2 lb. pork
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, veal, pork, bread crumbs, and milk until a paste-like consistency.
  2. Add beaten eggs, salt, allspice, nutmeg, and black pepper; blend mixture well.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs using your hands.
  4. Set the meatballs on waxed paper to dry.
