Ingredients

  • 1 block tofu
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 to 4 dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can tuna

Instructions

  1. Cut the tofu into quarters and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
  2. Drain and crumble the tofu.
  3. Combine the crumbled tofu with chopped green onions, grated carrot, soaked and chopped shiitake mushrooms, chopped water chestnuts, mayonnaise, cream of mushroom soup, and eggs.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
