Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups diced raw potatoes
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons bouillon or cubes
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 cup parsley

Instructions

  1. Saute onions in butter in the bottom of a large pot.
  2. Add potatoes, celery, water, salt, and bouillon cubes.
  3. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in milk, cooked turkey, creamed corn, thyme, and parsley.
  5. Heat through and serve.
