Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 medium tomato, peeled, chopped and drained
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Press avocados through a coarse sieve.
  2. Add lemon juice and vinegar at once.
  3. Add chopped tomato and blend well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cover tightly and chill before serving.
