Ingredients

  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika in a pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Arrange tomatoes, boiled eggs, cheese, crumbs, and butter in alternate layers in an uncovered casserole dish.
  3. Top with additional cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Bake uncovered at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
