Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 12 soda crackers, rolled fine
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • dash of garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. quick oats
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; knead a little like bread.
  2. Put into greased pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or longer, if necessary.
