  1. Spread peanut butter over graham crackers.
  2. Place the graham crackers, peanut butter side up, in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan, cutting to fit; set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, beat margarine, sugar, egg, and vanilla at high speed until light and fluffy.
  4. Mix flour, cocoa, and baking soda; blend into the margarine mixture.
  5. Stir in raisins.
  6. Spread the batter over the peanut butter layer.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Cut into 24 bars.
