Triple Layer Cookie Bars

- Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F if using a glass dish).
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, melt the margarine in the oven.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the melted margarine.
- Top evenly with flaked coconut, then pour the sweetened condensed milk over the layers.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
- In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the peanut butter.
- Spread the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture evenly over the hot coconut layer.
- Cool completely, then cut into bars and store at room temperature.
