- Grease an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 3/4-inch baking dish with butter.
- Mix bread crumbs, sugar, beaten eggs, chopped nuts, dark raisins, vanilla flavoring, lemon juice, brown sugar, melted butter, flaked coconut, crushed pineapple (undrained), and lemon extract in order listed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
