Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 6 1/2 oz. can tuna, drained
  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
