Tuna Broccoli Cups are savory, cheesy muffins packed with tuna and broccoli, perfect for a quick lunch or snack that appeals to all ages and tastes.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 6 1/2 oz. can tuna

Instructions

  1. Grease 12 muffin pan cups.
  2. Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain.
  3. Pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Mix Bisquick baking mix and cold water until soft dough forms.
  5. Beat vigorously for 20 strokes.
  6. Drop dough by spoonfuls into muffin cups.
  7. Add shredded Cheddar cheese and drained tuna on top before baking.
