Ingredients

  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
  • 3/4 cup celery
  • 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish, drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Lightly grease a cookie sheet.
  3. Mix celery, green onion, and pickle relish.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise (1/4 cup).
  5. Mix Bisquick and white wine until soft dough forms.
  6. Turn dough onto a floured cloth and knead lightly 20 times.
  7. Roll dough into a rectangle measuring 14 x 11 inches and place on the prepared cookie sheet.
  8. Spoon the tuna mixture along the center lengthwise on the dough, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
