Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter version, consider substituting Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. If you want extra flavor, add some chopped fresh herbs like dill or parsley. Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing. For a more colorful presentation, use diced red pepper along with the green pepper. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping.

Serving Suggestions

This Tuna Mousse Appetizer pairs beautifully with crackers or toasted baguette slices. For a complete appetizer spread, serve alongside a fresh shrimp platter or clams in batter. Garnish with additional diced vegetables or fresh herbs for color, and consider adding a light salad on the side to balance the richness of the mousse.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The texture may change slightly, but it will still be delicious. To serve leftovers, simply scoop out portions and enjoy cold. If desired, you can also rehydrate in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving to regain some creaminess.
