Tuna Mousse

Instructions
- Combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and chopped onion in a saucepan until the cheese melts.
- Mix the Knox gelatine into 1/2 cup of hot water and add to the cheese mixture; blend well.
- Add drained light tuna, chopped celery, and mayonnaise to the mixture.
- Mix everything thoroughly and pour into a lightly oiled jello mold.
- Chill until the mousse is set.
- Serve the tuna mousse with crackers.
