Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
  • 1 (12 1/2 oz.) light tuna, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and chopped onion in a saucepan until the cheese melts.
  2. Mix the Knox gelatine into 1/2 cup of hot water and add to the cheese mixture; blend well.
  3. Add drained light tuna, chopped celery, and mayonnaise to the mixture.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly and pour into a lightly oiled jello mold.
  5. Chill until the mousse is set.
  6. Serve the tuna mousse with crackers.
