Ingredients

  • 8 oz. tuna
  • 4 oz. diced celery
  • 4 oz. diced cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • diced pimiento to taste
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 medium hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Mix together tuna, celery, cheese, parsley, and pimiento in a bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss lightly to coat.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among the bottoms of the hamburger buns.
  6. Place the tops on the buns, wrap in foil, and place on a cookie sheet.
  7. Bake in a 400°F oven for about 20 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve hot.
