Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 6 oz canned tuna (water)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley finely.
  2. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the parsley.
  3. Add all ingredients except the reserved parsley to a mixing bowl.
  4. Beat until thick and smooth.
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Tabasco.
