Ingredients

  • 2 tsp chopped olives
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups drained canned tuna
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped olives, shredded carrot, chopped celery, chopped parsley, finely chopped onion, and vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Mix cottage cheese and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl until well combined.
  3. Break drained canned tuna into large flakes with a fork.
  4. Add the vegetable and cheese mixtures to the tuna and gently toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
