Ingredients

  • 1 c. mashed potato flakes
  • 1 1/4 c. drained tuna
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine potato flakes, tuna, egg, milk, celery, pimiento, onion, salt, and garlic powder. Stir by hand until combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 12 balls.
  3. Combine corn flake crumbs and seasoned salt.
  4. Roll each tuna ball in the crumbs.
  5. Place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with sauce.
