Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 6 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cups turkey or chicken
  • 1/2 cup thickly whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 to 4 boxes cooked frozen broccoli

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour to make a roux.
  2. Gradually add stock over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is quite thick.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in whipped cream and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Place thoroughly drained cooked broccoli in a large casserole dish.
  5. Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli, then layer with turkey slices.
  6. Top with additional Parmesan cheese and place under the broiler until bubbly and golden.
