Turkey Bake

A comforting turkey casserole layered with stuffing, broccoli, mushrooms, and cheesy sour cream topping, perfect for utilizing Thanksgiving leftovers and satisfying the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms
  • 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cans cream-style soup or gravy
  • 3 cups bread cubes or stuffing
  • 3 cups turkey or chicken

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix turkey and stuffing together and place in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Pour gravy or soup over the mixture.
  4. Add the cooked broccoli and mushrooms and sprinkle with half of the cheese.
  5. Pour sour cream over the casserole.
  6. Top with the remaining stuffing.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, covered with foil.
  8. Remove foil, sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese over the dish, and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
