Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 can French-style green beans

Instructions

  1. Mix 1/4 cup of cream of mushroom soup, ground turkey, bread crumbs, chopped onions, egg, and pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 mounds.
  2. Shape each mound into a circle and then into a cup shape.
  3. Mix the remaining cream of mushroom soup and French-style green beans.
  4. Fill each turkey cup with the green bean mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
