Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli
  • 2 to 3 cups cooked turkey, diced or sliced
  • 2 cups cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a flat Pyrex dish, layer the broccoli and cooked turkey.
  2. Prepare the sauce by mixing the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, curry powder, cheese, and margarine.
  3. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and turkey in the dish.
  4. Top with toasted bread crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the margarine over the bread crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
