Ingredients
- 1 lb. cut up turkey ham ⓘ
- 1 lb. potatoes, peeled, washed, and cut into 1-inch wedges ⓘ
- 2 to 3 carrots, washed, peeled, and cut into 1-inch wedges ⓘ
- 1 small bag or 1 can peas ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans or 1 can green beans ⓘ
- 1/4 head cabbage, cut into chunks ⓘ
- 1 can whole tomatoes, cut into wedges ⓘ
- 2 cups chicken bouillon ⓘ
Instructions
- In a slow cooker or crock-pot, add potatoes, carrots, green beans, peas, tomatoes, and chicken bouillon.
- Add the cut-up turkey ham on top of the vegetables and broth.
- Finally, add the cabbage chunks last.
- Cover and let simmer all day until very tender.
