Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cut up turkey ham
  • 1 lb. potatoes, peeled, washed, and cut into 1-inch wedges
  • 2 to 3 carrots, washed, peeled, and cut into 1-inch wedges
  • 1 small bag or 1 can peas
  • 1/2 lb. fresh green beans or 1 can green beans
  • 1/4 head cabbage, cut into chunks
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 cups chicken bouillon

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker or crock-pot, add potatoes, carrots, green beans, peas, tomatoes, and chicken bouillon.
  2. Add the cut-up turkey ham on top of the vegetables and broth.
  3. Finally, add the cabbage chunks last.
  4. Cover and let simmer all day until very tender.
