A comforting baked casserole featuring tender turkey, broccoli, creamy cheese, and crispy fried onions, perfect for a hearty family dinner with rich flavors and satisfying textures.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. medium egg noodles
  • 2 cups diced, cooked turkey or chicken
  • 2 packages frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 8 oz. processed American cheese, shredded
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain and place noodles in a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. Cover with diced, cooked turkey and cooked and drained broccoli. Sprinkle half of the shredded American cheese over the top.
  3. Blend the cream of chicken soup and water until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the noodles, turkey, and broccoli in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
  7. Top with French fried onions before serving.
