Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1 cup sliced black olives and juice
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cooked and diced turkey
  • cooked rice
  • chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown onions and celery in a skillet until slightly cooked.
  2. Add cooked and diced turkey, flour, salt, curry powder, and chicken bouillon cube; mix well together.
  3. Pour in milk, add sliced black olives and their juice.
  4. Heat until the mixture thickens.
