Ingredients

  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with tomato bits
  • 1 c. bean sprouts, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Saute sliced mushrooms, sliced celery, and chopped onions in vegetable oil in a large skillet until the onion is tender.
  2. Add cooked cubed turkey, tomato sauce with tomato bits, bean sprouts, and soy sauce to the skillet.
  3. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. Blend water and cornstarch until smooth.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
