Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless lamb
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • hot rice

Instructions

  1. Cut boneless lamb into cubes.
  2. Saute the lamb in a wok at 375°F until browned.
  3. Add soy sauce and cornstarch to the lamb.
  4. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly.
  5. Add grated garlic or garlic clove, chopped green onions, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over hot rice.
