Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cups herb seasoned stuffing
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli cuts
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix boiling water and melted butter in a bowl.
  2. Add herb seasoned stuffing and mix lightly.
  3. Spoon the stuffing mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
  4. Arrange cooked broccoli cuts over the stuffing.
  5. Place cubed cooked turkey over the broccoli.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cream of celery soup, milk, and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and turkey.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the soup mixture.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
