Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 can cooked Great Northern beans
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery sticks, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 tomato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 1 small can peas
  • 1 pkg. Knorr dried vegetable soup

Instructions

  1. In a large pan sprayed with Pam, cook the ground turkey until broken apart and browned.
  2. Add all other ingredients including the liquid from canned vegetables.
  3. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
