Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped bananas
  • 1 cup chopped apple
  • 2 cups plain all-purpose flour
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  2. Mix eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened; do not beat.
  3. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup chopped nuts, bananas, and apple.
  4. Flour and grease a Bundt pan.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or at 325°F (163°C) for 55 minutes.
  7. Let cake cool before removing from the pan.
  8. Spread frosting on the cooled cake and sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts.
